Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Last updated August 2026.
Information you give us
The case review form on this site collects your name, phone number, optional email address, your preferred time to be called, your answers to four questions about your situation, and any message you choose to write. It is sent to the firm so an attorney can respond to you. We ask for nothing else, and there is no account to create.
Please do not include confidential details, medical records, or documents in the form. Until an attorney–client relationship is established in writing, information you send is not protected by attorney–client privilege. See the disclaimer.
How we use it
Information submitted through the form is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to represent you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or lead brokers.
Information collected automatically
Standard web server logs record the requesting IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. Third-party content embedded on the site — the reviews widget, the video player, and the service-area map — may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies once that content loads.
Service providers
The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the firm's email or intake system. Those providers process the data only to deliver the service.
Retention
Inquiries that do not become matters are retained only as long as needed to respond and to check for conflicts. Client files are retained under the firm's records policy and applicable Virginia professional-responsibility rules.
Your choices
You can ask what information the firm holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for an inquiry record to be deleted, by contacting the office. Requests that conflict with the firm's legal or ethical record-keeping obligations may be limited.
Children
This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
