Max Meadows Workers’ Compensation Attorney
The Moses Law Firm has been helping injured workers in the Max Meadows, Virginia, area get the worker’s compensation benefits they deserve for almost two decades. Although the system is supposed to provide benefits to those hurt at work, too often, that doesn’t happen, leaving hurt people without the benefits and help they need to recover.
At the Moses Law Firm, we only represent injured employees, never the insurance carriers or employers. Over the years, we have guided numerous Max Meadows, Virginia area injured workers through their workers’ compensation claims to receive medical, wage replacement, permanent impairment & settlement benefits.

One of the problems with the system is that it is hard to get correct information and know your rights. We want to change that! We will discuss your case with you for free. You may or may not want representation, but regardless we are happy to send you information on the workers’ compensation system.
How Does The Moses Law Firm get paid?
Being hurt & losing time from work creates financial problems, and so you don’t pay us any attorney fees unless and until benefits are recovered for you! The Virginia Workers’ Compensation system regulates attorney’s fees for injured workers and are only paid on a contingency basis.
The contingency basis means that we don’t get paid until we win medical/wage replacement or other benefits for you. When that occurs, the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission awards an attorneys’ fee (normally 20%), which is paid out of past-due benefits owed to the injured worker, or paid upon settlement. We don’t take any money when we start working on your case.
If we don't win...You don't pay!
